SWIMMING FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN

Swimming courses


1 - 5 months Individual lesson in a bathtub, with a water temperature of about 35 C. The instructor helps the baby to swim on his stomach, on his back, to dive. Parents can join in or just watch from the side. The lesson lasts about 60 minutes, includes swimming, massage and gymnastics.

6 - 12 months, group swimming in the pool, with active participation of parents, duration 45 min. Objectives: - children get used to the aquatic environment - learn to swim in different positions (stomach, back) - train balance and develop their vestibular apparatus - get used to swimming accessories - practice diving and jumping - develop their social skills

1 - 3 years old, group swimming in the pool, with active participation of parents, duration 45 min. Objectives: - children swim with the help of swimming accessories - improve diving technique - orientation above and below water - independent jumping into the water

The group is suitable for children over 3 years old, in the pool with a trainer, 45 min., WITHOUT THE PRESENCE OF PARENTS. Objectives: - independent swimming with the help of swimming accessories - coping with tasks and challenges - diving - orientation above and below water - independent jumping into water - improvement of swimming styles (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke, dolphin).

Water aerobics for women. Tones, strengthens muscles and joints, eliminates back pain and cramps, has a slimming and anti-cellulite effect. You don't have to swim, we train at a depth of 1m, for 45 minutes.
